The federal order is gone. Now let’s end the bill.

People have fought the rain tax for years. On September 16, 2026, a new federal order ended the 2009 order that state officials had pointed to as a barrier. The rain tax bills are still coming.

We are asking Pennsylvania and EPA to find another way to pay for stormwater work without sending residents another bill. The work matters. Families and small businesses should not have to carry this cost through the rain tax.
